Location: New Hampshire where the deer are bullet proof
I can't seem to connect to steam. When I go to the website to log on to fiond out why with support, they have no record of my username. any suggestions?

try logging in with your email

then try to FIND your username with email, etc.

Reboots work :)

If that does not work, go to your steam folder C:\Games\Steam\ and look inside the steamapps folder, you will see a folder named after your username, so if you do forget it look there.

Alternatively, and this seems the FIX ALL for 99% of steam problems, delete the ClientRegistry.blob file in your steam folder and start steam. When steam starts you will have to log on, your username will be there as it is pulled from the folders name i mentioned above, but you will have to enter your password so DO NOT EVER FORGET THAT :)
