the server has also been updated (providing there isn't a steam update tonight while I'm at work)
The playercount is now 24.

All of the old maps are accessible by admins, some new ones have been added, and the maps that are voteable have been trimmed down.

I'll try to get home by 10pm if not sooner to blow people up ingame (providing I'm unhindered by unforseen circumstances).


Note about the music section:
Since all of the current music is being shared legally with permission, they are posted in mp3 format for search engines. If I run low on bandwidth, they may end up as zip folders or rar files later. So long as I don't get any complaints from Blue Oyster Cult or Rush, I think it will be fine...

I've got an entire collection of DJ Diogenes Half-Life mixes including "DJ Diogenes vs Everyone - Relax on the echo and the gay bunnyhoppers grenade stealing sniper mix", "Prodigy & Storm vs DJ Diogenes. Time to burn, Firestarter and Fire - I am the God of Hellfire version", "dj diogenes vs alot of artists - soldier mix" and a few others, but I'm not sure of the total legal ramifications given I'm not sure how to contact DJ Diogenes. On top of that, I'm not sure how "legal" his use of other musicians songs are...

DJ Diogenes stuff is excellent. I don't think I've seen anything new from him since TFC which is too bad. Probably long gone. Technically you shouldn't post his stuff without permission although with sufficient props to him he'll likely not mind seeing as he posted the stuff up for free on Planet Fortress or Planet Halflife in the first place. Worst that'll happen is you'll get a cease and desist. That said, I would expect that none of his stuff was created with permission. Heck, neither is mine... that's why none of my TF stuff is on my SoundClick page

BTW, if you need to save space, you're welcome to direct-link over to my site. I'm pledging not to change my file locations.

I ask as your website resemles his Envision web templates, the ones that kindly ask to give credit to him for using any of the templates.

It would be strange if you are not him, because you have the same file structure (namely putting a .css file in the images folder) and low and behold. the css file is named the exact same as he uses on his FREE web templates, the ones he kindly asks for due credit. It is funny, but apart from the css file being named the same it is EXACTLY the same and has Erwin Aligam's name in it so you must be him because you do not give him (yourself) credit on the site.


If you are not him, then for the love of all things open source give the man his due credit, because ripping other peoples work off and passing it off as ones own is not the done thing. If you do, then at least change the colour scheme a little, and the layout and make it your own...


And thank goodness IE8 is released in Beta, so people can see webpages how they are meant to look. Now thank us Euro's for fining MS nearly $1 billion for Anti-Trust, and MS deciding to make their IE a bit more compliant with webstandards rather than trying to force the webstandards to become MS compliant.


Now where is Toy, i need to troll him about Open Source and how MS are EVIL.

I ran across him on a tfc server sometime last year.
I "innocently" said something like "silly billy?" and he disconnected...

He and a load of 'smfc' tagged up asshats invaded Jolt and WirePlay servers the other year proclaiming they were major league USA TFC players and they would own all when TF2 came out, i think i might have said "is that you Silly Billy" and he left You do know it is wrong to mock the afflicted dont you? <sniggers>

He use to troll OZfortress for a while, ozfortress is the Australian/New Zealand TFC scene, and with some of Coronado's forum posts the words "ripped + new + arsehole" were apt.

I like the header image BTW, and i am trying to remember where i have seen that style before, it 'iconic' and i think i once did a photoshop tutorial on how to do that style. I like it. Even the colours are growing on me, and im going though a purple phase at the moment so that is a compliment

Made my first update today.
I'll prolly try to make updates each Sunday, if there's enough activity to merit it.
It might not always be on the home page though.
For example, I've still got to browse through and assemble the flash games for the "GAMES" section.
